About the Chef

Maria Geralda Souza Moran is the ‘Gosto do Brazil’ founder and has over 25 years’ experience preparing all types of meals and desserts inspired from her life in Brazil.

Since moving to Austin, TX, she brought her work experience that ranges from large event planning, food preparation, and designing menu offerings for new restaurants to nationally televised cooking demonstrations and simple, yet intimate celebrations.

With her as our guiding chef, we can do it all and we look forward to serving you!
